TestStation Development Pro 8

The TestStation Family of Testers is now available with the latest TestStation Development Pro 8.0 Software. TestStation Development Pro 8 has a new, enhanced user interface for test development and is compatible with Windows 10 OS and Smart4Metrics - Teradyne's smart factory solution. 

TestStation systems are easily configured to any volume, test complexity and automation requirement for today's electronic manufacturing, with system form-factors optimized for panelized, single piece and large PCBA test. Each system can support common pincards, test software, power supplies and feature options.

  • My tester is still under a new system warranty. Am I entitled to receive TSProV8?
    • Under warranty, users are able to access e-Knowledge and obtain TSPro8 under the terms of the new system warranty. Changes to your system or PC configuration may be required, and a new copy of Microsoft Windows is required, at an additional cost. Teradyne recommends TSProV8 be installed on a separate hard drive to facilitate dual-boot operation. 
  • My tester is older, and no longer under warranty. How can I upgrade to use TSProV8?
    • Contact your Teradyne Sales Representative for a quote. There may be other components in your Teradyne tester that are required to be upgraded, based on system age and PC generation. 
  • What TestStatin models are able to operate TSProV8?
    • TSProV8 is designed to operate on any Ultra I and Ultra II model Teradyne TestStation. 
  • Can my existing TSPro7 programs be migrated to TSProV8?
    • Even better - just copy into new TSProV8 instance, and run them. No migration efforts required.
